Your order


David Jones Flowers provides a FREE same day delivery service if you place an order by 2pm Monday through to Fridayand Saturday by 10am. Deliveries will be made to business addresses by 5pm and to residential addresses by 7pm . David Jones Flowers do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays outside of key events, ie. Mother's Day and Valentine's Day where we are able to offer Sunday deliveries.

How do I know you received my order?

An email confirmation of your order will be sent to the email address you have provided us. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please call Customer Service on 1300 889 876.
 

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, in most cases orders are unable to be changed once submitted.

Minor order changes may be requested on the morning of an order due for delivery that afternoon. However, approval of order changes will be at the discretion of Customer Service, and may incur an additional charge (to be paid in full before the changes can be confirmed). David Jones Flowers are unable to make changes to orders already prepared and/or in transit. Please call Customer Service on 1300 889 876 to notify us of any concerns.

Please note that during special calendar events (e.g. Christmas, Valentine's Day or Mother's Day) and /or public holidays, no changes may be made to any orders. 

Deliveries

David Jones Flowers’ FREE  delivery area includes the majority of the Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide metropolitan areas. However, there are some areas within each metropolitan area which are not covered by our standard delivery service. For delivery outside the standard delivery area, David Jones Flowers will contact you to make arrangements for delivery (where possible). Where David Jones Flowers delivers outside the standard delivery area, an additional delivery fee may apply.

In the case that an order is accepted and David Jones Flowers is unable to deliver to the requested area, our Customer Service team will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery.


How can I confirm my flowers have been delivered?

Please call Customer Service on 1300 889 876 for delivery confirmation. It is preferable that you call Customer Service a day after the scheduled delivery date, as David Jones Flowers are then able to confirm with our couriers that the delivery was made. 
 

What happens if I accidentally supply the wrong address?

Please ensure that you  provide us with the correct address and delivery information. If incorrect information is provided, David Jones Flowers accepts no responsibility for lost or delayed orders. If a product is returned due to the wrong delivery address, David Jones Flowers may arrange re-delivery upon payment of a re-delivery and administrative fee. If a product needs to be re-produced for re-delivery, the product will need to be paid in full again before re-delivery can occur.

What if the recipient is not home upon delivery?

In most cases, the flowers will be left at the nominated delivery address. If however it is impractical or unsafe to leave the flowers unattended, the order will be returned to us and you will be contacted. David Jones Flowers may then arrange re-delivery on payment of the re-delivery and administrative fee. If a product needs to be re-produced for re-delivery, the product will need to be paid in full again before re-delivery can occur.

If the courier is unable to complete a delivery to the nominated address within the standard delivery area on time, re-delivery will be free of charge.

Can I organise a small & specific delivery window?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific times or time slots for delivery. Please allow until 5pm  for delivery to companies and 7pm  for residential addresses.  

Payment options

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. David Jones Flowers accepts David Jones American Express card, David Jones Storecard and major credit cards such Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also pay via PayPal. All prices shown on the David Jones Flowers website are in Australian Dollars (AUD$) and include GST. Please note ‘Shop with Points’ is not available through David Jones Flowers.

Are my details secure when ordering online?

David Jones Flowers  ensures that your personal information is secure and encrypted to protect all transactions conducted online. If however you are concerned about paying for your order via the David Jones Flowers website, you can contact Customer Service on 1300 889 876 to pay over the phone.

Cancellation policy

If you would like to cancel your order you must call Customer Service on 1300 889 876 a minimum of 24 hours prior to the delivery date. Orders cancelled within this timeframe will be eligible to receive a full refund. Cancellation requests received less than 24 hours prior to delivery will not be eligible for a refund but the order may be cancelled provided that the products are not already in transit.

David Jones Flowers provides a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If your flowers wilt within 48 hours of delivery and you have followed our simple ‘Care Tips’ to look after them, take a photo of your flowers and email us at customercare@flowers.davidjones.com.au and David Jones Flowers will supply you with new flowers, guaranteed!

Will my flowers look like the picture?

Please be aware that some flowers are seasonal and may not be available in all regions of Australia. In some cases, a suitable substitution may be made resulting in minor variations to the appearance of the final product. Our skilled florists use their best endeavours to ensure that any unavailable product will be substituted for a product of similar value and appearance, to give you the best possible service and result. In addition, where sundry and packaging type items such as chocolates, teddy bears, bloom boxes are unavailable, a substitution of equal or greater value will be made. 

Do you provide refunds if I’m not happy with my flowers?

Please choose carefully as we are unable to offer an exchange or refund unless the product is faulty, significantly different from what was advertised or where otherwise required by law.

Where a refund is payable,  a credit will be made to the original credit card on which the order was placed. 
Please note that as David Jones Flowers operates independently from David Jones, flowers cannot be returned to David Jones stores.
